Bouncer and meeting Kelcey and Reasha!

So my sweet Charlotte has now taken to fussing with great gusto when she is laying down during playtime.  She likes to see what’s going on! Her Bumbo worked great for awhile, but now her legs are too big for it! haha :) Now that she’s huge it’s hard for me to hold her in a standing position ALL day…she’s so demanding ;) So today we ventured out to Target and purchased one of those bouncy chairs that hangs from the door frame.  Well, she LOVES it! She was spinning around in a circle, standing straight up and just enjoying the view.  I think it will bring us hours of entertainment! :) Here’s a video of her first time trying it out!

In other news, two of my best friends, Reasha & Kelcey, surprised me and came to Houston on Saturday to meet Charlotte! We had such a great time-I love showing my little girl off! Here are pictures of them with her after church :)

2 Months Old

Charlotte had her 2 month check-up on Thursday.  Everything is looking GREAT! :) She's 15 pounds 1 oz and 23 inches long! She's grown so much this month. She's in the 95th percentile for her weight and the 75th for her height. I love my growing girl.

For the 4th of July we went to Florida to visit my parents.  Sadly, Matt had to work so he couldn't come with us.  Therefore, there was no trip to the pool or the beach with Charlotte.  I didn't want her daddy to miss out on all of the fun! We had a great trip, though.  It's always nice to have the extra help with Charlotte! 

It's been awhile since I updated, so just to fill you in-she started sleeping through the night a few weeks ago! She's such an awesome sleeper. I feel so blessed.  We're working on getting better at nap time, but I'm not complaining because I'll take her sleeping at night over sleeping during the day ANYTIME!
